...another review..... I called the surgery on Wednesday as I needed to change a telephone call appointment. I spoke to Joe and he was extremely helpful and said that he would see if he could rearrange the appointment for me and would call me back. I was not sure that this would happen but sure enough he called back within the hr and had rearranged the call for the next day. I have spoken to Joe a couple of times and he has always been so helpful and kind on the call that I felt I needed to leave a review on here. The people on reception in Drs surgery do get a rough time and I think it is important to let people know when you do get someone who goes out of their way to help you. I know that Joe has a bright future ahead of him and he will do extremely well if he continues to show patients the respect and empathy that he showed me on Wednesday. Well done Joe! Myself and my husband today had our flu jab and was also offered the latest Covid-19 vaccination. We were so impressed with how well organised the clinic was run at the community centre. I know how hard the medical team and volunteers have worked today, also a very special mention to Vicki Windebank who was at the heart of organising getting the flu and Covid-19 vaccinations arranged at the same time. Well done!

My daughter had her 3 year injection today, the two ladies who did it was amazing my daughter didnt cry or nothing they kept her talking looking for a animal on a picture when it comes to having injections these two ladies has done my daughter from new born to now. Really amazing and friendly.
