        Phoned 5 times and am never able to book an appointment. The line cuts off and u have to try numerous times. When finally through there are never any appointments available. This has been going on for years and still no improvement. They dont care.

        Portsmouth is the second worst area for primary care and Portsdown Group practice must be the worst in Portsmouth. Basically, there is no service. I have long covid and cant get through in any way to get any help from the doctors, not that I know any of them anymore. Shameful.

        Absolute joke. Been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks and all you get is "call back at 8am", then when you call in the morning it's so busy you can't get through and you are told to hang up and call again later. When you do get through later you're told to call back at 8am. Portsdown group you really need to get your act together.
