        After moving to Drayton surgery recently from another surgery in the area they have been amazing. I can not fault the care myself and my family have had so far. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the access to care has been fantastic.

        Telephoned at 8 am, in a queue for 20 minutes and a lovely lady Doctor phoned me back within an hour. She did not rush me but listened sympathetically and arranged blood tests etc. Thank you for your kind attention

        Changed to this surgery as our old one was worse than useless. Both my wife and daughter have been seen here now with same day appointments with medical issues resolved straight away.

        Edit 2023 : very responsive and better than most GP surgery in response times! I think they are always working to improve themselves for patients! Glad this is my GP sugery. 2019 : I was on queue for 30mins(phonecall) when my call was answered before I could catch my breath, my phonecall was disconnected on purpose!!! and this happened twice!!! I cant imagine how it is for elderly people trying to get through as well. NEVER had a pleasant experience with the admin team of my GP which is quite sad. Little note: I work for the NHS as well and this is just NO WAY to treat people
