        It's absolute nightmare to try and book a appointment. Without being rude the receptionist shouldn't try and tell the public what is best for them....I haven't got a clue how the older generation get on..

        Left me with pleural effusion no antibiotics for 6 weeks !!! Didn't call back only emailed me sicknote absolutely disgusting I will be taking further

        I cannot naturally bare children (22 years old) due to the incompetence of every single doctor at this practise. The surgery had completely failed me and I warn everyone who either goes here/wants to go here to run a mile. I believe it should be shut down.

        The young lady behind reception was happy and very helpful. It was a refreshing change from my usual experiences with doctors receptionists. Let's hope that time doesn't have her falling into line with the majority of her colleagues.
