I found this Dental Surgery at the NHS website and it is completely good! Friendly stuff and convenient schedule of appointments. Highly recommended.

Third time in a row I had an appointment cancelled by the practice - this time was an hour before the appointment. I was told the dentist had issues with their car so took it to the garage, and wouldn't be in. The receptionist was not sympathetic, she tried to rebook an appointment for the middle of the day when the kids were in school. I said that wasn't acceptable, was offered another slot close to the end of the school day. I said to book it but I would try to find something elsewhere for me as I had toothache. When I said that it was ridiculous that an appointment could be cancelled 3 times she got arsey with me, said it wasn't her doing it - I said I understood that it wasn't her personally cancelling it but she represented her company... she started talking over me, wouldn't let me speak, then hung up. She then deregistered me from their books. When my wife went to sort it the receptionist said that I was shouting and swearing at her, abusing her, and that was why she chose to deregister... except I didn't swear at her or abuse her at all. And my phone automatically records all calls, so I have a copy of the proof that she lied.

This dental practice is a joke and so is their receptionist. The most rude and impolite lady I have ever spoken to. My family and I had booked dental appointments before covid. My appointments were cancelled by the dental practice due to covid. In the letter sent it was said that they would let us know soon when they will reschedule the appointment. We never received this. When phoning up after the covid resections had been loosened, the very rude reception told us they had unregistered us for cancelling appointments. When telling this lady this was not the case and asking why they had unregistered us, she spoken in a very aggressive tone and told us that there was nothing I could do about it and to go find another dental practice. She then proceeded to shout through the phone at both me and my mother. This monster of a lady clearly had no intention of helping us. Giving this dental practice even 1 star is being too nice. Disgusting staff, disgusting service.
