I ordered a few times from Havant and Waterlooville eats a couple arrived on time and correct but 2 were not good. I ordered from a sandwich shop and when the ordered had not arrived after an hour and half I called the sandwich shop and they said there wasnt a delivery driver for me. I ordered from Tex Mex, the order was late, cold and missing add ins that I payed for. Tex Mex phone number not working and Havant and Waterlooville eats email address to complain not right either. Will not be irderering again

Do not rely on any order through this app to be delivered anywhere close to the time specified even though the delivery charge is exorbitant with an added service charge on top. Want to support local so used the app again after deleting it for this reason and wi sadly do so again. Good luck!

After pre ordering my food at about 11.30 for a 12.30 delivery, it finally arrived at 1.30. I called customer services to check on my order to find no answer. I called the restaurant who said the food had been available for ages but no one had been to collect it. By the time it arrived it was freezing cold and very late! I have now email 4 times and received no response. I am very disappointed and would avoid!
