2 bedroom 1 bathroom loft extension was completed Spring 2022. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating as I lived in the house with 4 children throughout the build . Communication was excellent and I was extremely pleased with the end result. The quote was very well detailed and extra work I asked for was very reasonably priced. Dave and his team at the Loft Conversion Company completed our loft conversion and over garage extension including ensuites and carpentry in 2022. They did a great job and we have been pleased ever since. Their quote was competitive but more than that, Dave was willing to talk us through the build options and process. It was an easy choice to contract him. This positive interaction carried on throughout the project. The site team were tidy, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and Dave was open and fair with the costs of any changes we made. They were also prompt with the snagging list. The Loft Conversion Company are first class.

Loft conversion completed early 2021. Very clear and detailed quote up front. Good flexibility, after we had to request a reschedule due to the pandemic. There were a few delays due to supplies and the team needing to work on multiple jobs post-pandemic, so it took longer than expected, but definitely worth it and very happy with the result. Everyone who worked on the project was approachable and friendly and dealt with issues promptly and professionally. Quality of the work, including decoration, was very good and we were able to get some other renovation work done at the same time. Would definitely recommend.
