Went there to drop my package-less Amazon return. I printed the label at the store but the store attendant refused to take the package as package-less. I had to package my 2 items at the store. Then they refused to give me a receipt for my one of my packages. I spent over an hour dealing with package and calling Amazon to resolve the issue. The shop attended could hardly speak English, was very rude and unprofessional. I passed the phone over to the shop attendant to speak with Amazon. And the shop attendant was rude to them too and shouted at me demanding I take my parcel away from his shop. In the end, Amazon apologised, refunded me and said I could keep the items.
