Bupa Dental Care Portsmouth

I received excellent care and attention from all at this Practice, starting with the receptionist, to the dental nurse and, finally, to the dentist himself. I was in a desperate situation, with a front tooth crown having fallen out and my own dentist couldn't help! The attitude of the staff was very much a 'can do' response and, once I met the dentist, he restored my faith in dentists (I have major anxieties with dentists!). He clearly explained all the issues I had, nothing was too much bother and explained the course of treatment and options available. I left having had a temporary crown, a new appointment and my confidence sky-high! A huge 'thank you' doesn't seem to be enough but I would recommend this Practice to anyone, particularly those with anxiety.
