        Everything about this dental practice is superb - wonderful, cheerful staff greet you at reception, followed by hygienist treatment which is outstanding and an exemplary, most caring approach from nursing staff. I have never had such confidence in going to the dentist.

        If I could have given a zero star rating I would have done so. I miss an appointment the day after my little dog passed away in November and they are still chasing me for a 20 fee for a miss appointment even though I phoned to explain the day after what has happened. The reception staff are lovely and very empathetic but the practice manager is a cold hearted human being who has evidently never suffered a loss and I hope when they do, people are as cold and heartless to them as what they were to me
