        I think from personal experience-one of the most wasteful trusts there has ever been. Too many managers and not enough trained people,particularly in mental health. Can't tell the difference between them and Solent Mind(bring back Portsmouth Mind i say!)! Remember all the fuss about Southern Health-worse at Solent NHS!
