Form Construction

Matt and the team laid a slab in the garden for our hydrotherapy pool for our disabled son. The spec was really specific and Matt had to liaise with the hoist company to fit a steel as well as lay the slab. Hes patient, accommodating and experienced. We will be asking Form to quote for many other projects as they have solid experience with work to adapt properties. Great find, really pleased.

We have just completed a total refurbishment of an old cottage in Hampshire. We found Matt and his whole team to be extremely professional and the workmanship of a high quality and we are delighted with the results. Matt was extremely good at communicating and very responsive to phone calls, emails, messages - whatever we were using. He was also very can do in his attitude to the various problems we inevitably encountered along the way with restoring an old building and he was quick to come up with workable solutions. There were also delays in the supply of some of the construction materials outside Matts control and he dealt with this efficiently and calmly for us. We have been very happy indeed to have Matt working on this project for us.

Matt and his team provided an excellent service under difficult conditions, worked great with building control and L/A structural engineer to find the best solution with ground conditions and levels working against us. they built an annex for an elderly lady so she could be close to her family. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I have used them again on a smaller project to which I was equally pleased.

At my first meeting with Matt, I knew that I wanted FORM construction to take on the major building project I had planned for my Georgian townhouse. He cared alot about getting it right, about spending money in the right places, about being sympathetic to the house, and about listening to me and discussing various options to make decisions together. As a woman undertaking a massive project (moving a kitchen and fitting a new one, taking down walls, putting in folding doors, converting a shed to a gym, a utility room to a bathroom, rebuilding a sun deck), trust and respect was critical to everything running smoothly. Matt and his team were so professional throughout - even my neighbours loved them! Great communication. Great problem-solving. And I must say that Matt bought new ideas to the design that I would never have thought of that have truly transformed the house. A real diamond in what can be the rough of the building trade.
