I have worked alongside Vales Southern Construction for just over a year now. We took over management of Brunel House which Vales refurbished to an amazing standard. I can't fault their service during the defects period and have been on hand immediately if I've had a problem. They have gone above and beyond their contracted obligations in assisting me with jobs, nothing has been too big an ask. Everyone i have had the pleasure in dealing with at Vales Southern Construction have been polite and responsive to any requests, and the organisational skills of their staff to complete works in a timely manner have been unparalleled. I'm especially impressed with the professionalism of the staff that have had to deal with tenants in the building especially when some may not have been as accommodating as others, difficult situations were always handled well. I would recommend Vales Southern Construction to anyone looking to use a local trustworthy building company. I have worked with major construction companies for many years now and this company have been the worst I have ever worked with in my entire career. Their communication was almost non existent. The workmanship was very poor with lots of sub contractors most of whom couldn't care less. Very shoddy workmanship and management who frankly couldn't care. I would never use them again for a project. The project value was in the order of 200,000.
