PC Ideals

The only place to go for PC or macbook problems! My 2012 macbook Pro was stuck in a reboot cycle and was deemed beyond repair. Most places do not want to touch them, but rather sell you a new one! This macbook was very much a part of me and the content on it, I wanted this machine fixed. After seeing a review for a similar age machine they fixed, I went in. From start to finish a professional service, fixed my machine and even made it faster, they restored it back to how it was before it broke and all My files remained! Honestly, I can not thank them enough. What most wasn't interested in, these guys were more than happy to offer true customer service! Highly recommend! 5 star review and service.

Used them now twice for repairs Both times their service has been 1st class . They found the problems and then done the repairs with no problems and at a fair price as well. Yes I will use them again if required. They know their work

I cannot give enough thanks to the people working at PC Ideals. I have been using them for 3 years now, and they still deliver the service that others in the area do not. They are quick and their knowledge is next to none, the fast service you get is way beyond excellent and they give you great advice on what to do. In my case I was able to take my item back when there was a further issue, and they looked at it straight away. Very helpful and can't seem to do enough for you. That is how a customer should be treated, and not like some of the places I have tried using in the area. Highly Recommended and will always use them for any issues I have with my laptop. Thanks Guys. Really appreciate your help this morning. :-)
