Called earlier, hoping to ask a quick question w.r.t an online product.
The lady I spoke to didn't even try and help - showed no interest at all.
Just said I should email in my question :-(
If it was convenient to do so, I would've done it.
You know, this is exactly the reason why we stopped dealing with Bishops - because the reps would call and make all manner of wild & wonderful promises ... but then when you call, you get fobbed off.

Bishops took on an urgent 3 digital booklets run on our behalf. Not only did they turn it around in two working days. I was kept informed to the progress at each stage and the time it would be ready. The the digital quality was just outstanding , the saddle stitched page spreads aligned perfectly. So a very well done to all those involved at Bishops and a big thank you for getting us out of that proverbial hole.
