I would like my membership subscription canceled immediately and the 20 I have paid and any other funds paid returned to me asap.
I would also like you to know that I am very disappointed and to be honest, annoyed by the attitude shown. I have also made huge efforts and expense today, to travel to Portsmouth, to go to this Irish Centre.
I am also a member of the following and will be sure to spread this very poor experience:-

- London Irish Rugby
My advise to you is to have a very good long and hard think about how you treat people.
