Travelled an hour to and from this shop which should be a good enough review in of itself. This is my second experience with headcase, this time my cigar specialist was a very well informed gentleman named Pip. Both of my experiences have been filled with thorough and thought out explanations along with pairing recommendations but also whilst considering budget, experience and personal taste overall I cannot recommend the guys at headcase any higher!

I stumbled across this shop whilst visiting southsea and I was so pleasantly surprised. The owner was super lovely and welcoming and as I am generally quite a shy person, this was especially appreciated. The range of products are unique and great quality. I will 100% be coming back. I would highly recommend this store. I was amazed by the unique range of products, things I had never seen before. It was great seeing something different and it made my day.

I came here the other week and the service was outstanding. It has a great atmosphere and a huge range of cigars to choose from. I will definitely be coming back !! I love that this shop also recommends cigar friendly pubs and is helping out the locals :) Differently worth coming down to this shop Just to talk with the staff !

Great shop this, the owner engaged me in pleasantries as soon as I was in the door, from there the huge humidors are hard to miss, excellent cigar menus are presented in A4 folders, this plus the mans knowledge made purchasing two Rocky Patel 60s a really joyous experience.
