Shake & Grill

Ordered food from here via UberEats. The meal I ordered was meant to come with a drink but there was no option to select one so I called up asking if I could pick the drink. The lady on the phone said they dont give a drink with the meal and did not seem bothered or apologetic at all about the false advertising. If Im paying for all items advertised then I expect to receive them all. The food was not good at all, chicken burger was tasteless and processed, and the chicken strips were so bland.

Would give 0 stars if possible bad food worse customer service awful attitude from staff couldn't care less chicken wasn't cooked enough and the lamb tasted like it had been sat on the side all week such a shame as the food and service used to be excellent look elsewhere

Very reasonably priced, we all struggled to finish meals. My son ordered the steak unfortunately when first came out it was little to pink, mentioned staff were brilliant about it and instantly changed. And were really lovely about it.
