Absolutely dreadful, ordered some grub early this morning, driver supposedly turned up but never rang the bell or my phone and marked it as delivered. Called the store 20 times all in all and no response had to go through just eat to get a refund, avoid them

This isn't Roosters, this is Ken's. Your chicken will be reheated, possibly undercooked and the piri piri chips will consist of Cajun pepper and salt thrown over some bone dry fries in a polystyrene box. Table service? Forget it

The food was probably one of the worse Ive had the chicken was as dry as my nans ashes and also I ordered chicken wings and they came as pieces of cut up chicken which were over cooked and rock hard, my halloumi was burnt and hard to actually swallow and tasted like it had been washed in the seamy wrap was dry and was bland and my chips were totally undercooked would not recommend I cant believe they had the cheek to charge for this food and who ever cooked it and passed it as acceptable really needs to learn how to cook
