I've only popped in a few times as my shops in Christchurch and usually order online!! The times I have been in the staff have been super polite and helpful, every member of staff says hello when they see you and really engage with you! Old school proper customer service that's rarely seen anymore!!

Signed up today as a new business, usually use bookers, but since the sweets part of the business is expanding we wanted to add a sweets focused distributor to our books. The staff were amazing and gave us a TOUR of the building! I have NEVER had that with any other supplier! Such a pleasant surprise! Prices were good and great variety! The is a minimum spend of 50 + vat, due to its distance from us, thats not an issue we would buy in bulk monthly. However if you live closer you cant just pop in if your out of one thing. They had a variety of products on offer and also had displays available! Definitely considering some of those!

Prices on shop floor are incorrect to that when scanned. You HAVE to make sure you're cross checking what they charge you! We were over charged for a few items and when we informed them that this is incorrect, we were told that we can take it up with Head Office and that they (onsite) couldn't do anything about it. A refund however, they were able to process...odd. Following on from my review above from last week, I am overwhelmed and utterly grateful by the manager who visited my shop today and apologised for what my mother and I had experienced on our previous visit. The manager brought with him the item that we had to refund that day. Thank you ever so much. This really makes a difference- 5 star rating on request from my dad specifically for the manager who visited today.

Staff @ Portsmouth store are so nice. Always friendly and makes us feel welcome when we are going around filling are trolly. Once its filled they come take it off us and get it all priced up to save us time. when going to Handcocks Portsmouth we always leave happy. Well done ladies and gents
