Brought my car in for a full valet interior and exterior, car was clean enough aside from tree sap that had not been removed, however I got in the car after to find the rear view mirror was facing the floor. I went to adjust it to find it had been broken and it came straight off into my hand. I showed the staff and explained that it was not broken beforehand only to be told by him that "he had watched me pull it off to try and get my money back", which is obviously not the case. I also found that the horn did not work after I picked up the car, which I'm not blaming on the valet staff but is a very strange coincidence? I even gave a tip for cleaning spilt engine oil from the carpet which I didn't get back after the incident. I do not recommend this place as I would not again trust the staff there with my car and the service I received was terrible. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Very unprofessional, they have damaged my car and would not take responsibility for it and also threatened me with violence.
