        The guy inside the office is very very rude to the customers. I dont think anybody returns back to the car wash after seeing his behavior.

        Rude absolutely no customers service skills at all.... I work for a large car company delivering cars all over the country and we use waves as a first resort due to them only using Autoglem products and as a company we put around 100 cars a day through there car washes.. But this site is appalling. The so called BOSS there is rude. I will be avoiding this site from now on and I will also be requesting all other plate drivers to avoid it too!! Your attitude towards your customers will lose you business. I will also be emailing the franchise owners to complain...

        Took my car there this morning at 0820. Agreed 12 for an outside wash only. Went back 20 mins later and the owner had arrived and told me it was 20. When I stepped into his office he grabbed me and pushed me out. He wouldnt give me my key until I apologised and gave him 20. DONT GO THERE. I've reported it to the police, to Wave, and to Tesco. Please, don't take the risk. See photo of owner giving me the finger.
