Bought a van 18 months ago. Needed an engine repair immediately. Asked to return it, he said no leaving me no choice but to get it repaired & claim from him. I had the claim for almost 6000 awarded in my favour but he still wouldn't pay. After his appeal was also awarded in my favour he finally paid over 5 monthly instalments. This was only because the court ordered him to & because he wants me to remove this review. Avoid Mark Bryan at south coast vehicles!

I part exed my minibus against one at SCV. I dealt with a chap called Mark Bryan over the phone. We struck a deal and Mark even delivered the minibus to Manchester from Southampton for free. After a couple of days, I had a problem with the bus and I rang Mark who told me to take it to a local garage and he would sort it out. My vehicle was off the road for 5 days just thru waiting for the parts. I was absolutely gobsmacked when Mark asked for my bank details and put money into my bank to help with my travel. I got my bus back from the garage and was told it was spot on and had been given a full check. He told me Mark Bryan had sorted the bill out no fuss. Let me say, in all my time of dealing with minibus dealers, Mark Bryan is head and shoulders above them all. His customer after care is fantastic and would have no problem dealing with him again.
