We purchased a stunning looking 51 plate Mitsubishi L200. Very happy. We found Lee to be extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend this little gem that's hidden away in Portsmouth.

We bought our Jaguar XF from Urban Autos, and I am absolutely over the moon with the car. When we saw the car it was better than described, we had a test drive and obviously bought it, driving back to Exeter I noticed a few little problems , the Sat Nav and radio didn't work so the next day I called Lee and he was fantastic ... didn't try to fob me off or anything.. I had the car diagnostic tested found the fault which was a faulty amp, told Lee who didn't hesitate in telling me to order one from Jag and he would pay for it some 500 ... he also sourced the missing handbook and posted it to us. We have had a very bad experience in the past with second hand car dealers ..so I thought the worst but what we received from Urban was the best customer care possible, we would like to thank Lee for his utter professionalism in dealing with this matter, I would highly recommend Urban Autos. Absolutely loved my dealings with Lee at urban autos layed back no pressure sales approach, he made sure everything thing was 200% on pick up off car even come back out off hours as I was late home. Would highly recommend

Highly recommended Urban Autos, had great experience purchasing a Honda Jazz for my wife .Lee was very friendly and helpful and he took his time with us , the car has been well cleaned and hoovered before we went to collect it . On the day of collection, paper works was ready and it didnt take long . The car is lovely , we have had a high quality service from you . Btw, thank you very much for the extra you did it for my wifes first car . We do appreciate it . :)
