What a fantastic service from Andy who looked after our daughter who was buying her first car, he truly cared about her experience and was genuinely pleased when she passed her driving test the next day . Andy pushed for a quick service on the car so that she had it for the day after her test. No pushy sales just a brilliant services from start to finish. Thank you Andy.

Great service from start to finish. Tiny was very helpful and not at all pushy. Wasnt sure if I wanted to part with my puma but ended up trading it in for a new one which was ready to collect as agreed 3 days later. Can highly recommend

Edit: Have changed score to 3 stars. After going through complaints procedure, the customer service manager endeavoured to get my car sorted, which he did, in a timely manner. Hopefully, my experience was just a blip, as my other experiences with all staff at the store have been very good. Original review: New (2 yrs old) car was put in for a warranty job in December. Had to spend 1 week without transport before they sorted out a hire car replacement which was not like for like- it was entry level hatchback and smaller than my car- causing issues over the Xmas period. Had to persistently chase the service dept for updates. Eventually got given my car back after a month but the same issues persisted. (If someone has simply driven my car around the yard, they would have been able to hear the issue was still there!) Requested call back after poor survey given. 1 week later received a phone message from a CS rep. I responded to this message via email and phone and was ignored. After 2 weeks, I put in formal complaint. Had a phone call from a CS manager yesterday who left message saying hed call me back later that day. I phoned back twice; call got cancelled first time and second time I left message saying Im available all day. No phone call received. This is farcical now so am leaving a review on here and will also be trying to resolve this with someone above Hendy Portsmouth as theyve been given ample time to sort this now yet I am the one chasing them all the time. Really poor customer service- avoid them.
