    I was concerned at the proposed increase in my landlords building and contents cover. I requested a call back to discuss. This I received within 10 minutes. It was friendly, efficient and professional. The reason for the increase was clearly explained, and some attempt shown to decrease the quote. Not by a significant amount but flexibility was shown and at least I understood the rationale behind the new premium.

    Hi They are not good at tenancy referencing. 1- the stuff they dont know how their software is working..( it dont go next steps if you didnt all answers) they blame me that I didnt put my accountant detail. 2- I called and they called me and I give my accountant detail two times but they didnt call her or email.. 3- they dont answer my estate agent call to sort it out this problem. 4- stuff are very rude( I think the boss paying less ) 5- I have 50K Annual income and my friend earning 35K I couldnt pass while I have all paper even from HMRC . 6- they waste my landlord time and rental income.. I think that earn 50-70 but landlord loose one months rental income.. and they dont care :( 7- I didnt get surprise they dont have good reviews.
