This review is for the mobile phone department. Regarding a chap named Tom. My partner smashed her phone. We came in to look at repairing it and the guy couldn't of been more transparent and honest regarding the pros and cons of repair vs upgrade. After a short chat she decided to upgrade her phone. New contract. No issues. Sorted then and there.. Fantastic service from Tom.

Drove over here thinking it was a 24 hour store which it states on both signs. The big sign and the smaller sign at front of store, only to find it shut. Change the signage so that people know you are NOT 24HR!

I visited this Tesco for the first time in a couple of months due to a broken ankle and being out of the area. I struggled around the store with a stock and boot to keep my ankle stable which wasn't an easy feat (excuse the pun.) Alli can say is since my last visit its gone to the dogs! All the courgettes were slimey, there was a member of staff watching me look though these but never offered to help. He was obviously doing online shopping, moved the box af rotten courgettes out of the way picked up a good one and replaced the box of bad ones! When I said about the bad courgettes he said he'd get someone to sort it out but never offered to help me. The runner beans looked bad so I gave then a wide birth. Another lady was looking at them in disgust and said the store was selling rotten vegetables. The reduced vegetables were also completely bad, peaches had 'sweat' in their plastic packaging and were rotto. I have just opened a packet of strawberries, sell by date tomorrow and there are 3 bad ones in there. I will definitely not be visiting this store again, its a disgrace to punch!
