        Ordered some fence panels from the website, organised a delivery date with a staff member via email. Took the day off of work, waited in all day 7am to 7pm, nothing arrived. Not heard anything today, extremely disappointed. Won't be using again.

        One of the best builders merchants I've experienced help wise. Staff very helpful on my visit yesterday and a particular member of staff was very helpful . Thank you

        What a lovely company to deal with I have phoned and placed a couple of orders for delivery and tool hire in the last couple of weeks and every time I've phoned they have been super helpful even going out of their way to help me and get deliveries on my days off, the delivery guys are great too and very helpful, huge shout to both Pauls in tool hire and products thank you for your help, I have found this company to be the most helpful and being a woman most companies talk to you like you know nothing this company I did not feel that at all, they will now be getting all my orders, there isn't anything negative to say, apart from a huge thank you for making it so easy
