Really honest. We had two bikes that were both needing some tlc,
The staff were very honest and told us that it would simply cost more to repair than to buy them both new, and fixing up, would essentially (in my words) be mutton dressed as lamb.
Instead of taking my cash and repairing for a quick penny, they spoke about other options available, and bikes that suit out needs and budget and where I could responsibility dispose of them.
I'm really thankful for their transparency!!!
