        I was given their contact details from Mike at Ely Waterbeds, what a stroke of luck !! I thought I was going to have to get a special made mattress for my Australian size waterbed, Luke at H&D specd everything , 3 days to arrive , fitted it yesterday using H&D YouTube vids. Everything top quality , cannot recommend them enough .!! Well done 5star service

        Since first purchasing a waterbed from them six years ago, to having a new bed installed today, John and his team have been fantastic, offering exceptional customer service and products - nothing is too much trouble. As someone who suffers serious back problems I would recommend a waterbed to everyone, and I would recommend going to John to buy one!
