        I rang with the expectation of help or advice and was greeted by "Im I the middle of breakfast all the information is online" if you are busy, surely leaving the telephone number online was a foolish mistake, especially if you have no answer phone or desire to be helpful in its absence. When I tried to as my question about the room the chap then said "its a type T. isnt it obvious what that means?" I was made to feel a fool. Poor customer service, which is a shame. It looked lovely but not for us with an attitude like that.
