This was my first visit to Cesare and I will definitely be returning. Helen listened to exactly what I wanted, took the time to look at pictures I had found online and built on that with her expertise. I've rarely left any salon in the past loving a new haircut but today I did. Helen finished the cut ready for me to go out tonight and gave me advice on how to recreate the look myself in the future. All of this for a reasonable and affordable price. Thank you! Services: Hairstyling, Blowouts, Shampoo & conditioning, Blowdry
