Phillips Auto Electrical

Nigel at Phillips auto Electrical is excellent. My vehicle broke down you couldn't select any gear's on the automatic box the AA recovered the car and the diagnostic test indicated an issue with the transmission Control module they took it to a gearbox specialist in Portsmouth who couldn't diagnose the problem. I moved it to Phillips and Nigel diagnosed and repaired the fault in one day also fitted a new battery 500 well spent. Thanks Nigel excellent service.

I cannot praise the service received highly enough. We had a problem with my daughter's car which appeared to be insoluble despite at least three different reputable mechanics spending time on it. Booked the car in with Nigel and towed it down the evening before. The following day I received a phone call giving a comprehensive breakdown of the problem with full costs associated with alternative solutions. We were able to drive away the car (first time for 2 months) 2 days later. I must admit I delayed writing this review, just in case! but a month later my daughter has a fully functioning car running better than ever, and with the added bonus no need for "Dad can I borrow your car again?"
