After a year of research we met with Patrick for an initial consultation and knew immediately that he was someone we could work with. His skill at listening and interpreting our needs into an imaginative but practical plan was excellent. In all things he maintained focused on our requirement of future proofing our home whilst providing imaginative and practical solutions. He guided us through all the processes from design to completion. At all times, as we extended the brief to include not only an extension but also a refurbishment of house and repurposing of the garden area, he and his team went the extra mile. He remained cheerful, realistic and proactive. To say we are thrilled at having our home completed to such a high standard is an understatement. Astrid and Patrick from Fingerprintstudios came up with a beautiful design for the front of our house that has received lots of amazing feedback. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and gave us lots of useful tips to save money on the whole renovation which helped with budget whilst keeping an eye on building regulations. The price was very competitive as well.

Patrick & Astrid were outstanding in every aspect of the Services they provided to us in relation to our single story rear extension. From the first site visit it was immediately obvious how willing and able they both were in taking on board the particular style that we wanted to achieve, and then demonstrate how this could all be incorporated into a final and workable design. Patricks experience in the issues that always arise with these projects meant that he was quickly able to overcome any challenges, meaning the final design we were presented with easily exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate for a second in recommending them to anyone I know.

Pat at fingerprintstudios worked with us when we decided to renovate our 1935 house in Portchester. We had many ideas of what we wanted to achieve and Pat was knowledgeable with planning guidance and what we would be allowed to go ahead with, for example, the right to light for our neighbours etc. Pat created a couple of clear and precise drawings to help us visualise and see logistically if our ideas could work. Pat has also offered guidance with many parts of the process. Fingerprintstudios have offered an extremely professional yet very personal experience for us with our renovation and we continue to work with them for future projects.
