Stayed from 13/8/22 till 15/8/22. Second floor room 8. The apartment was dirty and damaged. Had to wash work top , cutlery and crockery. Before I used them. kitchen floor was damaged and also the cupboard. Walls and doors had dirty marks on them. Our bedroom door handle was broken off. In the bathroom grout was missing from tiles and didn't look clean. No bath mat to prevent slipping when get out of bath. Cigarette burns in carpet. The apartment shouldn't have been used for guest to stay as it wasn't very well maintained and the price my husband paid was not reflected on the state of the apartment.

This is not Premier Inn. However, it was value for money, some areas of refinement needed within the apartment. For a group of people which we were,I would certainly consider using this place again

Recently stayed here and, firstly I would say if you are staying as a full group of 6 adults, don't waste your time. The sofa bed is good for children at the most. It was so uncomfortable that the two sleeping on the sofa bed booked a different hotel for the second night of the stay. The apartment was a decent size for two or three adults and/or three or four children... and looked tidy enough, but we were wrong. The apartment was filthy when we arrived (dirty linens, garbage bins full and stinking, old drink containers and bottles, fridge with old milk and butter, and dirty dishes in the sink and dish rack), and although the host was quick to attend to us and quite friendly, he stated it had been in that state for a week as no one had been there since the last guests a week prior. He was quite unbothered by the situation, but said he'd have it clean in about 30 minutes. We came back after dinner about 1 1/2 hours later and he was still cleaning (the mess was that bad), but had it done in another half hour The dishes were put away dirty, as if he just said "toss it" and through them in the cupboards as he found them. The Tassimo machine was still dirty with old coffee pods inside of the tray(and they only had decaf coffee pods as well). The cupboards doors and handles felt sticky and dirty, I am glad I brought my own lysol disinfectant spray. I definitely wouldn't reccomend this place based off of our experience, especially during covid and right after the covid restrictions have been lifted. I expected a lot more cleanliness of the apartment as a whole
