        Love this place. Joined Aerial silks because it was a class that suited me with the time on a Tuesday morning. Michael the instructor was very welcoming and teaches each student to their own ability which is great. Silks are great for overall strength which builds each week, great for overall fitness and also confidence. There is always something new each week to learn which keeps it interesting. Definitely recommend.

        Ive been going to ADA adult silks classes since late 2019 and its the highlight of my week. Michael is a brilliant, patient teacher who caters to all abilities. The lessons are fun and diverse and no one leaves without having learned something new. Friendly and supportive atmosphere - Highly recommend everyone gives aerial a go!
