Cherry Lodge Rest Home

My mother went into Cherry Lodge just after Christmas 2020. In the short time she has been there, after the initial period of isolation ended, she has been able to join in with the other residents and the activities arranged to help keep everyone stimulated and happy. She is so much better and happier since being in the home. She tells me each time I speak to her that she is much less anxious and lonely than she was before and that the carers are very kind. I can see, through video calls and by actual visits to the home that it is doing her a lot of good being looked after by people who know what they are doing. We are very pleased that mum is receiving such good care. I would have given a score of 5 stars, but it's still early days for mum in the home. I will revisit my review once mum has been at Cherry Lodge for longer.
