I'm giving 2 stars only they ship super quick. I literally got my item the next day and that's is genuinely amazing. However, if you want a refund this is where they have let me down. If you're buying a cue you must proceed with caution. If you want to try out a cue, and you chalk it (you know, the thing you do before taking a shot?) you can tear up any possibility of a full refund. You're better off selling it on ebay than spending another 10 sending it back to them with no word of acknowledgement of receipt, ETA on when the refund with be processed or how much you will be reimbursed. Also refunds are only dealt with by 1 person it seems who is hard to get hold of (of course). As a customer you have no reassurance that your custom is valued and you'll be helped if you have a problem. Don't get me wrong, they are definitely a good place to purchase from if you know exactly what you are getting. I took a gamble on a jump cue I couldn't customise and I'm basically out of pocket 131. Shall not buy from here again,

Haven't visited, but have used the website several times. Always felt they have a great range, good prices (the free delivery is a HUGE plus), and Pete has always been friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Very poor selection of cues in-store. Very disappointed. Travelled all the way to Portland to be met with an empty shop because of a lack of deliveries since Christmas. Shoddy.
