It's the first day of a windy regatta. Boat gets damaged by a collision in Race 2, after Race 4 it's half full of water. But it's the end of the day..... Thankfully Simon and crew at Shock Sailing were on hand. Overnight repair and ready to go again. No fuss, no drama, just a high quality & rapid solution. Many thanks!

This is how customer service should be. All the way supportive from start to end. Was in contact with Simon for some spare parts for and old boat (49er) and he went way and beyond to make the needed parts available.
