It now appears that Apollo knew they could not fulfil the order I payed for, but instead of refunding me and apologising for the inconvenience, they sat on my money for over a month until I contacted them to check up on the delay. I still don't have my money back. Will avoid in future. Extremely disappointing. EDIT - FOUR WEEKS LATER: I still do not have my refund and they are not answering emails now. I wish I'd read others' reviews on here before placing an order - be warned!

Ordered 2 lamps at Apollo in January 2021- which are still not delivered. Havent't received feedback to my last mails asking for the status and cannot get hold of the team by phone.

Got to add to the 1 Stars I'm afraid, don't know what the walk in store is like but mail order was pretty pitiful! Got an order confirmation but nothing further, waited four days and then emailed - the response was that the order was being processed and then nothing for 13 days. I emailed to chase up the order and received no response, followed it up with a phonecall to be told it would be sent next day, then nothing for four days, polite excuses for not being able to supply the product and then a cancelled order. To be fair the refund was dealth with within the hour but I'd rather have had the purchased product without three weeks of the run around much like a lot of the other reviews on here, sadly I won't be using this company again!
