We had a chaise lounge that was looking very sad. Portishead upholstery stripped it back put new springs in it and used traditional materials to bring it back to life. The advice we received as to how it was originally, gave us the pointers we needed, we were given a wide range of material as a cover and are really pleased with how it looks and feels to sit on. Hayley has transformed something that was ripe for the tip into a talking point and it takes pride of place in our home. Thank you again Hayley we couldnt of asked for more.

Hayley has just delivered what look like 6 brand spanking new dining chairs. I am really pleased that I was patient and waited for when she had the space in her diary to fit them in. Two major points which elevated this service above the ordinary. One, Hayley has a bubbly and very charming customer engagement style, and two, she clearly loves what she does, be that the upholstering or seeing the delight on her customers faces when she delivers the finished article. Thank you Hayley for a job well done.

We had a tired victorian drop end sofa. It was given to us by mum many years ago. She passed away this year and we wanted to find someone who could restore it to its former glory, and produce something my mum would be proud of. When we first met Hayley we felt she would do justice to the sofa. Hayley was amazing from start to finish. On a regular basis we got updates with pictures so we could follow the journey of the restoration. She even found the old material from when it was done back in the 30s! A great memory to have. When she returned the sofa she was so excited as were we. The attention to detail is amazing. It is now a beautifully restored sofa. The picture really doesn't do justice to what Hayley has done. We will certainly use her again and would have no doubt in recommending her.

Six faded thread bare dining chairs backs and seats renovated by Hayley. They now look amazing just like new and much more comfortable to sit on. Hayley was so helpful with advice on choosing fabric and answering any queries so quickly. Highly recommended.
