        Yes, agreed, not the cheapest indoor bike instructor course BUT, the best value for a professionally organised course in a relaxed atmosphere AND with highly qualified people. Seriously, you'd be foolish to not give yourself the best on offer After the training day, several hours after, my legs were shot, NEVER have I been like this, EVER, learning soooo much with regards to how spinning correctly will make an actual difference to your work out. This course had more than enough information. Put in the effort and the rest will follow. After doing my research Indoor cycling institute or #ici had the best on offer, with a no BS approach, trust me, only the best will suffice. If you go for a cheaper option you'll have cheap training, just go in Indoor cycling classes in Bristol and you'll see my point. Now know how to use an Indoor cycling bike, I'll not use their classes again. Angela was very welcoming and went above and beyond (with no effort) to make sure the whole group was comfortable with no stress. The course work ISN'T easy, makes your brain work HARD and goes above and beyond with knowledge to give you more than you need. This course should be classed as at least an NVQ level 3 or a PT Instructor level 3. Why 1 star because I couldn't bring the hounds with me Looking forward to doing more with ICI at a later date. Thank you so much.
