Have booked with them twice now and on both occasions after being 15 mins late i called to be told the car would be with me in 15/20 mins - almost as if this was a good thing!!!
Both time the car did not turn up within 30/35 mins from the point ordered and i cancelled the car and found another company
Completely unreliable and unprofessional avoid them like the plague
