Massively let down by sid's carz tonight. Booked a couple of weeks in advance for 12:15am back to clevedon from nailsea. Waited but nothing turned up, so phoned them to find out if they were coming. Were told they wouldn't be there until 12:45 at which point I started laughing as we'd booked so far in advance. They then started having a go at me and told me they weren't going to pick us up. Several phone calls later it was clear that they weren't going to answer our calls also leaving us stranded in nailsea. Luckily family came to our rescue - will never use again. Hard to understand who they feel it's ok to treat customers like this. Service: Limousines

Do not use. Our friend Sophie booked a taxi for us with Sid for a midnight journey from Clevedon to Nailsea. One of us had previously used Sids taxis and had good service which was why we booked. Midnight came and went, so at ten past we called and sent a text to check what time our driver would be with us, but there was no answer or response. We left it ten minutes before trying again - no response. After over an hour of calling both numbers we had and sending numerous texts, it was clear no one was coming to get us. We can see from read receipts that Sid eventually read our messages at 1.30am, but we have still not received any response or explanation as to why we (three women) were left stranded in Clevedon. The booking was only taken the previous day, why on earth would you accept a booking you had no intention of fulfilling. I can see from reviews this has happened to someone else who had booked a 6.30am fare (which Sid then laughably claimed to be a fake review), seems to me he took these late night/early morning bookings and then simply decided he couldnt be bothered. Please dont bother trying to claim this review is fake, we have plenty of screenshots of your booking confirmation and the numerous texts and calls we made to you asking where you were which Ill happily upload here.
