        I have been doing weekly PT sessions with Wayne for a few months and can say I have genuinely enjoyed each one. Wayne has tailored his PT sessions to my personal goals which has helped take my fitness to the next level. The circuits Wayne plans are well thought out and physically push me to my limits throughout whilst also helping to build mental resilience ready for the next challenge. Wayne's communication is also top-notch. Any questions I have on training get answered within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Wayne as a PT, with his guidance, and personal effort, you will see an improvement.

        Wayne is a great PT. He's very encouraging and has a knack at keeping you motivated even when you are tired and want to curl up on the sofa! He makes the sessions interesting by creating a mixture of exercises that work all areas of the body along with small bursts of cardio to get the heart working. He does it all with a smile and great humour, I highly recommend him!
