    I love exercise but have needed a motivator since lockdown where I gave up. Hilary has been such a gem and I really look forward to the sessions. Theyre varied and challenging, fun and rewarding. Good company throughout and I never have thoughts about not going and not trying hard. Feeling stronger already!
