        Had a new frame and lenses a couple of weeks ago. Popped into the store today to point out that the lenses did not seem set correctly. The person who served me was, by chance, the manager. She immediately agreed that the fitting was not right and, literally within five minutes, my lenses were put in a new frame and they were completely comfortable. I was delighted with the efficiency and pleasantness of both manager and store. Thank you for excellent service.

        Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The optician who examined my eyes was very good, she explained everything I needed to know very well. I didn't feel rushed although the store was rather busy. Overall a very good experience.
