        I used Paul after he was recommended by another colleague that I had used previously but unfortunately was leaving the business. Within one day Paul had rung me to discuss and confirm my financial needs. He was the consummate professional and explained everything to me in normal language. He always emailed to discuss appointment times that were convenient to me and he went above and beyond to make sure that myself and my family would be fully covered in all eventualities.
