        Great housing association have been with them for four years have looked after me well and insured everything gets fixed fairly quickly.

        I CALLED ALLIANCE HOMES FOR A REPAIR AND WITHIN 30 MINUTES THE REPAIR WAS DONE, EXCELLENT QUALITY OF SERVICE.

        Lost my front door key. Phoned up and within 2 hours they had changed my lock and gave me 3 new keys. Very impressed by this level of service. Lock changed in 10 minutes by a lovely man. Very happy tenant.

        I would of put no stars if I could ment to replace my blind n wana give me the run around after receiving an email confirming that they will replace it so I've been sleep deprived for 3 weeks n then want to take 3 months to come fix a door that keeps locking me in a room n 2 months for a bathroom door that won't close so when peoples mental health deteriorates I hope they can manage the legal outcome
