I have been a member at various gyms over the past 20 years and can honestly say that at Epic a community has been created, rather than a membership list. The timetable is really well populated with a variety of classes and theyre always busy, for good reason. The staff all seem to be genuinely invested in seeing their members progress and are very personable, they greet members by name and interact as much as possible. In turn the members are really friendly and chatty around the gym, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere.

The team at Epic are what makes this place special and stand apart from other gyms. I have been a member of many gyms in the past and can honestly say that Epic is easily the most inclusive, motivating and fun. Their 10 week Transformation Course takes things to the next level, focussing on nutrition as well as fitness. If you trust the process youll see amazing physical results and most importantly feel mentally stronger as well.

After enrolling in the womens only transformation course Im seeing great results, feeling energised, more confident and improved coordination. Epic has great facilities and fantastic motivational staff and coaches. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to participate in the course or wanting to join a gym.

Amazing gym! All the coaches are so welcoming, passionate and supportive. I'm currently half way through the body transformation course which I'm really enjoying and have learned loads about nutrition and strength training. I'm already feeling stronger and fitter, and have taken massive steps to achieving my goals. Epic takes a personalised approach and coaches will go out of their way to help, making sure we are all on track. There's a brilliant selection of classes available throughout the day and evenings, with my favourites being kickboxing and old skool step. Emma has also given me the confidence to work towards my first kickboxing grading. Thank you Epic!
